Each furthered her studies including a certification in Toyo Hari—a Japanese Style of Acupuncture— and multiple other techniques learned through extensive continuing education.

Mary is a 1999 graduate of Potomac Massage Training Institute in Washington, DC . She is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB), licensed by the State of Maryland , and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
She is professionally trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Massage Therapy for Fibromyalgia, as well as being certified in Bodywork for the Childbearing Year (pre/post natal massage). The focus of her practice is to assist her clients in relieving the stress of their everyday lives. Many years of practicing Yoga, studying Yoga Philosophy, and a Meditation practice enables her to offer her clients a serenely safe environment in which they can process issues or completely let go of them during their sessions. She feels very blessed to have found a profession which she loves, but, more importantly, to help people feel better about themselves and their lives.
